slush fund 

Refers to the "reserve" of half-melted snow that Calvin keeps handy for making into sloppy "cannon balls" to lob at Susie anytime he catches sight of her during the winter months.

Susie feels confident about venturing outside only after the snow has disappeared in the Spring, when she can be sure that Calvin's slush fund will be completely melted.

post-repair high-five 

Refers to da hearty/relieved palms-slap dat two laborers exchange when a device actually operates properly again after they've been feverishly/trepidatiously working to repair it.

My buddy and I had thoroughly cleaned the battery-terminals on my car, topped off the water in the battery's cells and wire-brushed its posts, and then carefully re-connected everything again; we totally gave each other a post-repair high-five afterwards when the engine whirled right over.

"A device that you're repairing will operate **absolutely perfectly** while you have it taken apart to work on it, but then when you get it all put back together and have all the cabinet-screws re-inserted, THAT'S when the device will decide not to work again."

A serious chemical-imbalance in the respiratory system caused by excessive "puffing" --- i.e., super-praising "blow-hard" reviews of a person/product/idea that is just "inflated" and insincere "hot air".

Jay Bush must have gotten hypeoxia from all his bragging on TV about how great his baked beans were... some people might like them, but I think they taste awful.

Refers to where ya smilingly plop da bare feet of a pretty girl against yer chest and wrap yer arms tightly around them to press her warm soles deeply into yer chest-hair. Extra points if da cutie also affectionately flexes her toes to gently scratch yer fuzzy chest wif her toenails.

I love giving Tiffany a soleful embrace anytime; it also usually puts her in the mood for a nice long pillow-talk.
