fracketeering 

Shady fraudulent dealings that Big Oil engages in to acquire approval for hydraulic mining.

I hear that X-on and other greedy "big biz" corporations are paying humongous bribes to government officials for permits to hydraulically mine for oil and other valuable resources, even in places where such operations are dangerous to the environment... sounds like a classic case of fracketeering to me.

SCROTUS 

Da infamous "nine old men" group of judges in Washington who supposedly are manly enough to properly decide any legal question, but in reality don't have da ba**s to truly make a difference.

If you leaf back through the pages of old West Key Number System booklets from the '70's and '80's, you will see over and over that Justices Brennan and Marshall were often the only ones who ruled fairly, and repeatedly dissented with their seven other fellow SCROTUS judges.

girl on furlough 

Refers to a chick's boob that you're temporarily "liberated" from her upper-body garment (i.e., you reached into the lady's collar-opening and hauled out one of her "girls") so that you could play with it bare and suck on her nipple for a moment before "putting it back into its jail cell".

Lots of buxom gals are more than willing to let you perform a "girl on furlough" maneuver; out of consideration and respect for her, though, be sure to (1) be very gentle with her chest-pillows, and (2) always take the time and effort to properly "tuck The Girls back inside" --- i.e., neatly re-arrange the girl's blouse, tank top, bra, etc. to return everything to how it had been before you started playing around with her chest, so that the boob-sharing chick will feel secured and comfy again after you've had your fun.

Ethan Couch's over-indulgent father made a dicktum to officials at the school, offering to buy the entire joint just so that he could be in control over how his spoiled-brat "Little Prince" was treated during classes.

Refers to a bottle of Alberto VO5 dat you give someone wif da stipulation dat dey actually use it on their hair.

If you give a gal a bottle of post-shampooing hair-tonic, I think it is generally implied and understood dat said bottle is a "conditioneral gift" --- i.e., she is sposta actually apply it to her scalp during her showers, not just set it aside and let it gather dust.
