noun, adj. combination of pedestrian and pervert.

A person who is walking (or driving) around in search of sex or things of sexual nature.

A guy walks up to a girl at a party and asks her to flash her tits. He would be considered a pervestrian.

the girl could say "that was a pervestrian thing to do" or "he was such a pervestrian!"
