ACP

Admin Control Panel.
This is used for some websites using API material, for example ROBLOX uses ACP. But if someone breaches and admins account they can obviously get in there. Regarding the 2012 hack, This ACP is not known by some users.

A person typically a child that uses online behavior to exploit certain games, mostly known as ROBLOX skids.
They find their trash at v3rmillion or other hackforums and can make their way to wearedevs another trash rat-filled exploiting software.
Stay away from these skids, They're toxic.
