Chinoy 

Filipino citizens with big chunks of Chinese ancestry who are mostly rich and privileged, with some being middle-class. Their culture is associated with money and business.

Ex.
The Chinoy boss made a deduction from his worker's salary for being late.

Her Chinoy friend looked down on the poor for being ignorant.

Tagalog 

a native ethnic group of the Philippines that is often used as a scapegoat by other ethnic groups, especially the Cebuano.

We, the Bisayas, didn't fight against Spaniards during the revolution. You're the reason why this country is fucked.

I don't like the Tagalog language and prefer Spanish to be our lingua franca instead. It will give us an edge economically and globally.
