Discord

A better Skype, made for gamers. Recently, it has faced some controversy, with the whole “cub content” deal and generally furry-related stuff. As time went on, it kind of has gotten worse, mostly due to the types of people they hire who seemed to very entitled to a group that they are in if they are in one. (*Cough*, furries, *cough*). I’m not trying to throw shade at furries, I respect them. It’s just that these ones who were hired at Discord seem to not know what’s right and appropriate and what’s not. Anyways, Discord is still a great way to connect with others that like the stuff you do, and I recommend you download it, considering it’s free and accessible! And also no, we’re not talking about that one MLP song made by The Living Tombstone.

Friend: “You should join my Discord server!”
Me: “You have one? Cool, I’ll join!”

Google Docs

Arguably a better Microsoft Word. And for good reason. It may have less options, but with it being accessible anywhere and on any device with Google Chrome, it stands as the better word processor program. You can even edit offline! And it doesn’t autocorrect words! Sure, there’s Microsoft Word online, but who fucking cares about it? Just see the definitions for it on here, you’ll see why. You can have others help you edit documents online, and more! It’s great, and a upgrade from Word!

Some dude: “Microsoft Word is the best!”
Me: “No, Google Docs is way better!”

Avengers: Endgame

The fourth installment in the Avengers group of movies, as well as the 20th (I think) movie in the MCU, aka the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The setting of the movie is a little bit after the snap. With almost a month to go as of this when this definition is possibly posted, we still have very little knowledge about the movie’s plot as a whole. It will be officially released in the US on April 26, 2019 (this year). The movie will feature the remaining Avengers that survived the snap from Infinity War, as well as characters Scott Lang, aka Ant Man, Captain Marvel, and Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye, who becomes Ronin in this movie, for reasons currently unknown.

Some dude: “Who’s exited for Avengers: Endgame!”

Random Name

What it sounds like. Essentially a random person’s name that is a definition on Urban Dictionary. Usually never gets approved. Usually some person trying to put their buddy’s name on Urban Dictionary, while using their qualities as a person as the definition.

Some random Urban Dictionary user: “Jack: Jack is so hot! <insert fangirling stuff here>”
Me, approving stuff: “Hell no, that’s not going here, I don’t even know who this Jack is and it’s just a random name that I don’t need to approve and shouldn’t approve.”

Japanese for “what?”. The saying has recently become a meme, with it being paired with the saying and meme; “Omae wa mou shindeiru”. Can also be referred to the soccer player.

Hawkeye

A superhero from Marvel comics. Wields a bow and arrow. Also appears in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in several movies, with his first appearance being in 2012’s The Avengers. He becomes Ronin in the new Avengers: Endgame movie.

“Say whatever you want about him, but Hawkeye’s a badass alright. You don’t have to have an actual superpower to be cool, and Hawkeye is a perfect example of that!”
