Cruise 

A person who "cruises" is usually checking out someone they may already be interested in, or roaming the clubs and other venues looking for someone, usually for anonymous sex, or possibly even drugs. If accompanied by a crew, a cruise may involve hours of mindless party hopping while under the influence.

Jim cruised the guy in the VIP section of the club.

Yo Dawg, I heard they have some bitchin frat parties popping tonight! Let's cruise around for some.

Wotcher 

The cool way of saying "What are you up to?" in a formal greeting, because the British have the best slang. Alternate form is "wotcha".

Gringo

While a commonly used slang term for Americans used by Mexicans, gringo is used throughout Latin America to refer to Americans. It isn't inherently negative, but in some regions - especially Puerto Rico - gringo often is used to refer to white Americans, and many times in a derogatory fashion.

Those hipster gringos think they run this city now.

That guy speaks horrible spanish. You can tell he's a gringo.
