The user complained of the new software breaking his computer but really it was a PLBKAC.

Acronym - yet another half-assed Microsoft implementation. Refers to the software giant's typical software implementation where something elementary appears to be missing from the product.

The fact that checkboxes are missing from SQL Reporting services shows that its just another Yahami
