The contraction of the phrases 'pisstake' and 'takes the biscuit'. Used to emphasise someone or something being outrageously wrong or out of order.

Cuntbag

A particularly unsavoury, unlikeable person. The term is normally related to males of the species. One who lacks straight talking masculinity (testicles) and behaves as if he has a vagina (performs bitchy behaviour). Thus he grows the cuntbag and is generally disliked.
