This human potatosurely is pretty weird, some people would even say she's a lunatic and needs mental help. She is mostly known for being raised by potatoes and having the brain of potato. She's "smart" and has a problem with laughing for no reason ( probably planning a new evil plan). And would make you laugh for the weirdest of reasons.
