Copywright 

A chronic plagiarizer who has made a career out of copying the work of others without permission or citation, so much so that they wouldn't have a job without having done so. (Like Wheelwright, Wainwright, etc)
She confronted the copywright whose thesis was almost an exact copy of her previous work.

Lapsesploitation 

A film made following the lapse of a previous intellectual property's copyright and entrance into the public domain, created with little resemblance to the original work's tone.
The horror film "Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey" is an example of a lapsesploitation.
