youngblood's disease
A term coined by Linkara, a comic book reviewer from Channel Awesome. It refers to certain type of bad facial feature in comic books, where Linkara first noticed it in Young Blood's #1.
The eyes on characters are either non-existent or just really poorly drawn in. Young Blood's Disease afflicted millions during the Dark Age of Comics, and even today cases have been known to pop up.

Fortuneteller Baba
From the dragonball universe, she is Master Roshi's sister. She loves money and fighting, she can see the future, past, and present through her magic crystal ball, and uses her gifts for profit and entertainment. She can travel freely through the Mortal World, and Other World, and can bring anyone back from the dead for a day at their request.
Fortuneteller Baba: It's the unpredictable nature of this game that attracts me. That...and of course the money.

Android 17
From the dragonball universe, Android 17 is Android 18's twin brother. They were created by Dr. Gero to kill Goku, the one responsible for the fall of the Red Ribbon Army, and to make his last creation, Cell, reach his full potential by absorbing them through his tail.

Android 19
From the dragonball universe, Android 19 is one of Dr. Gero weaker, but more obedient androids. He is weaker than a super saiyan, and gains energy by absorbing energy attacks, or by holding on to their victims.
Android 19: Do not try to escape. Yes, it is useless. Until I have your energy, I will never let you go.

Android 18
From the dragonball universe, Android 18 is a human remodeled as an android by Dr. Gero. She becomes a good guy after Gohan defeats Cell. Android 17's twin sister, one of the androids created for making Cell perfect. She is slightly less powerful than 17. She becomes Krillin's wife, and has a kid with him named Marin, much to Goku's surprise. She uses computer speak every now and again, demonstrated in her amazement to how Vegeta became so much stronger in such a short time, after training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, saying "It just doesn't compute 16, there's just no way".
Android 18: Whoever owns these clothes should have their optic sensors adjusted. They are obviously malfunctioning.

Red Ribbon Army
The Red Ribbon Army is an army in the dragonball series, dedicated to finding the dragonballs and taking over the world. Initially, it is assumed that the red ribbon army's commander, commander red, was going to use the dragonballs to take over the world, however he has his own selfish ambitions and wants to be tall as a mountain, to overcome his short size. His subordinate Colonel Black, after hearing this, turns on the commander and shoots him in the head.
Dr. Gero worked behind the scenes after the army's defeat, and created Android 17, Android 18, and Cell, for the purpose of taking revenge.
The Red Ribbon Army is annihilated by Goku while searching for the dragonballs to revive Upa's father, Bora.
