A disease brought on by the use of methamphetamine. Symptoms include shifty eyes and fast motions to grab and stash personal items that belong to someone else. People with this disease are commonly refered to of as a lurper.

Guy#1: Don't let that asshole Tyler come around anymore. I think he has lurpercy. Guy#2: Really? What did he steal from you?

A bag of weed comprised of dope from the ends of several previously smoked joints. Same as roach weed but called dope because of what part of the city you grew up in.
