Used to describe someone who has a pale, gaunt and sickly appearance (but isn't actually terminally ill).

Prison slang for the furrow between the buttocks.

Term used in the North of England to denote a lack of mental capacity. One of a genre of epithets signifying that a person is 'not all there'.

By 'eck, that cousin of yours acts half-struck one o'clock.
It isn't an act. She really is thick.

To hit someone in the balls. Schoolboy slang in Britain, from the doubled-up posture assumed by the person hit.
