OBX

Somehow it's short for "outer banks." They're printed on stickers that resemble the black and white country stickers cars have on them on Europe. People use them to tell everyone "Look at me!!! I went to the beach! I paid too much for a sticker/license plate!@!@"

CGHMN stands for "CompuGlobalHyperMegaNet"
CGHMN is a sub-forum from www.genmay.com (www.genmay.net) which is based specifically for computers. General Mayhem seems to be strict as to were certain information is posted.

For instance, posting a computer question in the wrong forum gets you something like that.
