The combination of ritalin and booze. Since ritalin is methylphenidate and booze is ethanol, consumption of both creates ethylphenidate in the body which feels really good.

Piperine 

Piperine is the chemical found in black pepper that gives it it's spice. Piperine is the scientific name for pepper.

Aminolone is Methylenedioxycathinone, or MDC. Aminolone is like a milder form of Methylenedioxyamphetamine, or MDA.

A gecko speedball is the combination of Kratom with Modafinil. It can get you buzzed and also be more productive.

Turbo-buzzing 

Turbo-buzzing is drinking coffee(caffeine) while taking speed(amphetamine). You become hyper on the combo.

I took 20mg amphetamine and a cup of coffee and was turbo-buzzing for hours! It was awesome!

Coffee joint 

Coffee joint is like a joint, except it's for coffee. You roll a piece of paper and light the joint then light the stove with it. You then proceed to make coffee in a stovetop espresso maker. Coffee is not possible without the coffee joint.

I lit the stove with the coffee joint, then I made coffee in the stovetop espresso maker.
