Used in 2 prominent ways:
1. Used as japanese slang for "Thank you," as 3 and 9 are "san" and "kyu" respectively.
2. Used to reference Hatsune Miku, as the alternate way of saying 3 and 9 are "mi" and "ku" and thus can be used to reference her.

A top tier character appearing in Brawl. Due to his all-around flurry attack and his major recovery,
he was a top tier character that basically was generally used by many in Brawl tournaments. His victory theme was burned into most of us.

Champion from League of Legends. A performance artist with an infatuation with death (because he likes killing people) and the number four (because he likes killing people.) He's so obsessed with four that it's pretty much in most of his in-game kit (4 AD per level, 4 seconds for his W mark, 4 seconds for his E mark, 4 shots in his basic attacks and ultimate, you get the idea.)

The most preferred type of Super Smash Bros Melee, but also the most shunned type. The rules go with a 8-minute 4-stock game with no items and the stages, which are a measly 6, do not have hazards or promote poor sportsmanship strategies, such as camping, walk-offs, and wall infinites.
While many prefer this type of gaming, some shun those who play this way since they only prefer playing this way.

Regular Player: UGH! I'm so bored of this ruleset. Can't we play something else--
Competitive Melee Player: NO! IF YOU WANT TO STOP PLAYING, GO BACK TO YOUR TIME MATCHES ON BRINSTAR!
Regular Player: You need a break.

A bestselling author with a slew of novels known for their realism like Rainbow Six.
His only two faults are that 1) He's dead, and 2) he never told Ubisoft to stop making terrible iterations of his novels. He smiles knowing that his novels will remain legendary but occasionally rolls in his grave as E3 shows aspirations of a game based off his books that are NEVER the final product.
