This is so ass

Used to describe something that is just flat-out terrible or simply, it's just something you don't like. Often said out of frustration when said thing is broken or isn't going the way you want it to.

I don't fucking care

A higher degree of simply not caring, and with a more noticeable amount of attitude. Makes you seem like a jackass if used wrong. Only used right if the person you are talking to is also being a jackass, and it can sometimes make them shut up.

Incorrect usage:

A - My grandfather passed away today.

B - I don't fucking care.

A - Oh yeah? Well you're a prick!

Correct usage:

C - LOL you suck.

B - I don't fucking care.

C - .. No comment.
