In some aspects of black-urban culture homosexuality is severely frowned upon. People who do not want to be viewed as "sissys" say that they give "cookie" to men. Cookie is a slang term in this sense for anal sex. People who give "cookie" often have wives/girlfriends and view themselves as straight. Some even view giving "cookie" as a way of punishing gay men.

I can say that "gringo" is used to call every foreigner person, here in Brazil.
And, doesn't matter if the person is black or white, the language and not even the country that this person came from.
