Something that is relatively new but low quality and is falling apart. Derived from recent Volvos (starting around 2012) that had low quality interior parts that would peel and fall apart, especially the soft-touch black plastic which would peel after just a couple years. This term can be used to describe anything that is in poor condition, not just a car.
Wow, this desk from ikea sure is junk, it's doing the Volvo peel already and it's just a few years old.

A house in a suburban subdivision consisting of endless rows of nearly identical houses. McHouses are usually poorly built and have numerous issues including cheap vinyl siding, low-quality plumbing fixtures, low-effort landscaping, and sloppy construction work.
Steve: We're going to have to repipe your house.
David: But my house is so new! It was only built in 2005!
Steve: It's a McHouse and the original builders used low-quality materials.
David: Looks like the realtor screwed me over.

A cup of beer with a shot of hard liquor added to it. Any liquor can be used to make Superbeer, but vodka and whiskey are the most popular. The finished product usually has an alcohol content of around 10%, depending on the beer and liquor used.

A student slum located west of the University of California, Santa Barbara. Housing is in short supply and cramming three or even four students into a bedroom is common, with some people paying over $1,000 for a "bed space", which is 1/3 of a bedroom. Infrastructure is often poorly maintained, with roads flooding every time it rains. Most people get around by bicycle, and bicyclists break traffic laws with impunity creating a hazard for drivers. The majority of residents are UCSB and SBCC students who throw wild parties every weekend and trash the streets.
