Elvira Pepper's definitions
The rage you feel when liquid refuses to pour smoothly and instead comes out in choking spurts, splashes, or not at all (caused by air fighting to get in as liquid tries to get out). Formed from the German Blubbern “to gurgle, bubble” plus Ärger “annoyance, anger.”
I went to water the Christmas tree, Blubberärger hit, and suddenly it looked like the cat pissed all over the presents.

VBR stands for "Verify Before Retweeting." Many Twitter users retweet information that is false but convince those who agree with them to believe the false information and they themselves retweet is true, thus leading to further retweeting. VBR is a shorthand way to remind or admonish those who retweet false information that they should verify the information before retweeting it.
