parking lot virus is when an urban development to make old world buildings vehicle accessible takes over that buildings functionality or grand construct or architecture. eventually making the building or area look like a rundown strip mall.
Sandhurst got mega PLV going on, the rear quad is completely unusable. I don’t think I could learn anything there at this point, its infrastructure has been discredited.
