A character of Yu Yu Hakusho, an anime, and an old thieving partner of Youko Kurama's. Kuronue appeared in the movie (Poltergeist Report), not the anime, and only then through trickery by an enemy and in Kurama's memories.

Get the kuronuemug. A character from Yu Yu Hakusho, and Kurama's former right-hand man for thievery. Yomi appears in the later episodes of the series, somewhere in the 90's, doing the Makai saga.
Is blind, has three ears on each side, long dark hair, and a soothing deep voice rather similar to Sakio's from earlier episodes (english dub). Yomi wants to unify Demon World.

Get the Yomimug. Mukuro is one of the three rulers of Makai during the later demon world saga episodes of Yu Yu Hakusho (episodes beginning somewhere in the 90's). Appears masked from head to toe, only one glaring eye, un-blinking, shows.
Unlike Yomi, Mukuro feeds on chaos.

Get the Mukuromug. One of the three rulers of Makai appearing in the later episodes of Yu Yu Hakusho, he is the ancestral father of Yuusuke Urameshi.
One of the Mazuku, the strongest demons.
Raizen and his people used to eat humans for food, though after falling in love with one, he vowed to never eat one again, which brought him to his later death after teaching Yuusuke.
He took control of Yuusuke in order to kill Sensui.

Get the Raizenmug. One of the "realms" or "worlds" discussed and dealt with in anime such as Yu Yu Hakusho, specifically. In this anime, there are three: Makai-demon world; Reikai-spirit world; and Ningenkai-human/mortal world.
It is from this place that all demons originated, infiltrating human world through portals.
The control of these portals becomes a major issue in the series.
Later on, introduced as being ruled by three strong demons, Yomi, Raizen, and Mukuro.

Get the Makaimug. The full name of the yu yu hakusho chatacter, Kurama. Youko is a fox demon who, in order to escape permanent death by a hunter, sent his soul to the Living World (Ningenkai) from Demon World (Makai), where he was born ("reincarnated") as a human boy, Shuiichi Minamino.
Then going by Kurama to those who know his demon secret, he meets up with Hiei first (with whom he is close friends), then the other characters.
He is both Youko AND Shuiichi, which causes him its own set of problems.
