"Bite Me" has been used as a dismissive comment since the 70's. It's a phrase you toss at your friends or pets when they're being dicks, but you still love them.. " Bite me" is more cuddly than "Fuck you".

My pitbulls won't eat their supper. "Bite me, dogs! No more cheese appetizers for you!"

Slather 

A seemingly innocuous term used by amateur recipe writers to describe smearing stuff on their meats.

Slather the sausage with the moist mustard and mayo spread then insert into the eggplant.

django 

A stray, male, patchy colored pitbull mix from the Bronx who's trying to figure out his new life in the suburbs.

Django is lean and strong and street smart, but the fat house cat has him quivering behind the couch.

Django: "I'm gonna find a fine piece here behind the dumpster!

Dog catcher: "I gotcha little shit! You're goin to the pound!".
Nice lady: "I'll rescue you, Django!"
Django: "Arf arf!"
