So when people only hear the worst reports that think they have to be devastated or there not normal and so contune the rape myth.

A system where all the universities in a country are run and financed by the goverment and anyone who wants to can go there free of charge. There is a movement to get that system established in the United States. If higher education is needed dy the country and can't function without it then this makes sense.It is believed by many that the U.S. will have to switch to this system sooner or later because of the high cost of higher education and the sooner the better.
