Abbreviation of the Pervert Of Hastings. This phrase can be altered to include any town, for example, the Pervert of Brighton would become the P.O.B. This person is usually an old, dirty looking man who is notorious for eyeing up young people of either gender and just generally freaks everyone out.

"I was on the bus yesterday and the P.O.H was eyeing up all the little school girls!"
