A single act that causes reaction leading to the burdening of many innocent and uninvolved people.

Classic examples of monosubversions are the shoe bomber, and the underwear bomber.

heterodextrous

dominant use of one hand for approximately half of activities, and the other hand for the other half.; Equally divided hand dominance; though not able to use the other hand well for a specific activity
In other words, different from ambidextrous, in which either hand may be used for most activities

I write left-handed, use most tools right-handed; play golf and swing a bat left-handed, but throw and play tennis right-handed, therefore, I am a clear example of a heterodextrous person.
