A belief that adults can do and say whatever they want without social backlash or being reprimanded by others for their actions.
When you're a kid, most adults will use their Grown-Up Privilege by making you apologize for swearing, making sex jokes, and for choosing to not play with toys.

The weird social phenomenon of adults giving special permission to non-adults (children or teens) to use swear words without social backlash.
Kid: Hey wassup bitches!
Adult: Watch your language kid!
Kid: I have a swear pass.
Adult: Dammit! Blew my chance.
