During the cluster of back to back holidays (After or starting from Oktoberfest , Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve and the Chinese New Year even Valentine's). One may experience over eating and excessive consumption from obligatory social and or familial affairs which may lead to or result to muffin top and excessive weight gain up to reported average of 12 pounds. Thus in result of the "holiday" body.

You won't let it go in your mind. Your emotional baggage(s) come back and hunt you almost immediately as you make connection and think of all the wrong lovers you let into your heart. The wrong food items you pick and the wrong jobs you applied for and oh, don't forget - the wrong classes you took in college. The WRONG names you have addressed your past lover(s).
