Grade-D Jackassery is Jackassery at any-level of Jackassery, while really referring to the "D", or, "Dick", and is a reference to the sexual theme of a form of Jackassery.

Grade-B Jackassery is a common form of "Jackassery" on a grading-scale starting from "Grade-A Jackassery", but is specifically one level lower in intensity.

"Innocence theory" is the theory in where if a person is rich, a politician, a movie star, owner of a company, or otherwise well-known - that they are automatically innocent no matter what the evidence is which shows them as guilty. Die hard believers in innocence theory tend to not even care if the person themselves had admitted to the conspiracy.

A "Near-Fact-Check" or "NFC" is a polite way to call a "fact-check" that failed to meet logical integrity -wrong, but "hey, you almost got it buddy.". This helps the "fact-checker" to not be depressed or toxic, or take out their rage on the victims of their gas-lighting narcissistic abuse. Since fact-checkers are given so much trust by the public, and had one job to do - and failed at providing the facts - they are gas-lighting, by definition, and narcissistically.
