Just Another F-cking Observer: When humans used to take weather observations at airports, they had JAFOs that would run outside to check the weather and report it to the airlines and the air traffic controllers.

Hey JAFO, a fog bank rolled in and cut the visibility to 1/2 mile; go take a special weather obervation to report the change!
