It's like a toilet, except with no tank. There is just a big open pit full of shit below the seat. Often used by Boy Scouts. There are several types of Latrine:
-Communal: One room which has two seats in one room right next to each other (no longer built)
-Emporium: Often a building of about 100 square feet which many latrine stalls in it. They are often very dark and have very low partitions.
-Individual stalls: On Latrine building, but the stalls all open to the outside. This is the preferred Latrine Choice.
