In terms of anger management adapted to modern society, spit on it and walk away is a good piece of advice; do not turn your frustration and anger into violence.

I know quite a few people who can be qualified as a banana. This definition of a banana comes from the facts that banana peels on the street can make you slip and hurt yourself (the person looks unfriendly and spiky) but the fruit itself is sweet and tasty (the person is shy, clumsy and trying to help others).
