freedom

The founding principle of the United States of America. There are all kinds of freedoms that many are ungrateful for; perhaps the real freedom that is mentioned so much is FREEDOM FROM TYRANNY. And if you stop and think about it, that's saying a LOT.

Death

yuppie

Term coined in the 80s, describing a certain demographic of Young Updwardly-mobile Professional as found in cities and fast-paced business environments.

Yuppies differ from your bog-standard "business man" due to their relatively young age, their blatant arrogance, bloody-minded ambition and the fact that they care more about their work and making money, than the fact that everyone thinks they are a complete twat.

EBay Roulette

A game played by some EBayers, in which you pump the bid of a normally-priced item to ludicrous prices (often in the hundreds of thousands) while trying to avoid being the one that ends up with the final bid, and thus having to pay the over-inflated price.

Hmm, there's no bids on that item! Why don't we have a game of EBay Roulette?
