Pronounced ooooyah by normal Leicester folk, and oooooyohh or oooooyorr by 'cheesits'. Short for 'ohh yer bleeder!', pronounced 'oooo yorrr bleeedorrr'

Note: I only heard the third meaning recently, but I thought it was pretty funny so I've included it.
