one who enjoys walking the streets or one who is street-smart (from Spanish word "callejero")

has another meaning, but mine is one who walks the streets or is streetsmart, a contraction of "calleger" (also found on this site)

You know that bumb who chills at the subway station shooting up heroin till dawn? He's a cadger.

Something you say when somebody says or does something extremely stupid or tells a really stupid joke.

Person 1: You're a piglet!
