DOT 

Day Old Toast

EMS (ambulance folks) slang for someone who's been dead for a while. Also used: DRT (Dead Right There), DIB (Dead In Bed), DID (Dead In Ditch), DIC (Dead In Car), DIR (Dead In Road).

Yeah, we got on scene and found a DOT.
