A phrase used when nitpicking small problems in computer software, sarcastically portraying something that is barely noticeable as so bad that they can't even stand to use the software any more.
See that menu? They are using "they're" instead of "their." Literally unusable.

Unusablepillows 

Something which has only aesthetic value, but seemingly should have some usefulness. Most hotel rooms contain several unusable pillows.
The Website was cluttered with unusablepillows.

(adv.) any electronic equipment that is inexplicably not working, but the problem can usually be attributed to user error
The TV is unousable again. I think I sat on the remote and it did something to the settings.
