Speaking charismatically, telling people what they want to hear also know as spitting game. This word was originally started by Chicago rap group U.H.B. (Torpedo Mac, Hi-Side And Prince Reno) around year 2000.

(n.) The act of totally speculating what kind of mods are done to a car just by looking at the exterior of the vehicle. (car specs; horsepower, weight, etc.)

(v.) specsulating; to specsulate
