Pee Pants the Inebriated Hobo Clown

One of Peter Griffins many zany caricatures and/or antics. In the episode Peter's Two Dads, he portrays Pee Pants the Inebriated Hobo Clown. He's an adorable tramp who wears found clothing and eats out of your garbage can.
Peter Griffin: Hey kids, I'm Pee Pants the Inebriated Hobo Clown. I'm an adorable tramp who wears found clothing and eats out of your garbage can.

righteous inebriation

To consume a large amount of alcoholic beverages in a short amount of time, increasing one's Blood Alcohol Content substantially, while impairing judgment, but without becoming sick. Often achieved after losing a drinking game such as beer pong. However, there are a number of dangers associated with righteous inebriation. If too much alcohol is consumed, one may throw up, at which point the inebriation ceases to be righteous.
Dude, we suck so much at beer pong, but the righteous inebriation was so worth the shame of defeat.

inebriated

A word used to pseudo-impress drunk (and/or loose) women. If you use this word to describe your state of mind while drunk you are: a) too drunk, b) not drunk enough, or c) in the midst of a freestyle battle struggling to find a word to rhyme with... any number of things.
After this next triple of whisky, I will surely be too inebriated to use the word 'inebriated' in a proper sentence.
