The crusty or solid formation of furmunda on the head of the penis. Furmunda is normally found in a liquid or slime state, but can develop into head cheeze especially after prolonged periods of sexual encounters with poor hygiene following. Head cheeze can be found anywhere on the head of the uncircumcized penis or in the fleshy folds at the base of the head of the circumcized penis.
