gankish 

gankish means something ridiculous, crude, or otherwise sufficiently vulgar.
it is often used as an adjective ("wow, sending me pictures of you sodomizing
my sister was a gankish thing to do") or in one of its mutated forms, ie - gank
ganky and regunkulous. one might describe a lecherous bastard as an "old gank".
one might say that same bastard is "ganky. one might even desribe the bastard's language as "regunkulous".
