Pathole

An otherwise normal human being whom becomes crazily self absorbed and rude when in the presence of a PATH(1) train

(1) Port Authority Trans-Hudson mass transit service between New York City and New Jersey.

That old lady is such a pathole, she kicked me and knocked me over just to get on the train first.
