Mockerizer

A person who is full of crap, lazy, and mocks everything by using irony, sarcasm, manipulation and/or outright lies as a way of life.
Student 1: Tom's a mockerizer!
Student 2: Why, what did he do this time?
Student 1: The dude was standing on his desk in class jumping up and down screaming that his dog ate his homework.
