A small guy who has other small parts (you know what we're talking about) who is still nice enough 6/10 would still smash

A) A person who waffles about themselves and things of no particular interest to the audience.
B) Someone who eats Specal K bars, and gets full.
C) Someone who believes that their horse is bigger than your horse.. even if it's about trivial things.
