Some one who tries to lay claim to someone else word, phrase or lexicon.
Hey that person is a word thief, I made up that word already, have been using it for years!

Someone who steals or tries to claim that a particular phrase, word or common lexicon was made up or invented by themselves.
That Jettie, thinks she invented the word wanklette, bladdy word thief! It's so obviously mine!

Wordtheft. 

When a word you created and made by famous is stolen and re-defined by the public and/or urban dictionary.
"An Albatroaz Is a strong confident woman, in other words a bad ass bitch" is wordtheft.
