Etymology: "White" & "Nigger"; the subsequent term is a mixture and and verbal distortion of the two words: "Whi' Nigga' (wai nI gah)" which became wI gah. Late 1990s.

A White person that acts like a bitch, acts like a piece of shit, and steals your stuff. White people won’t admit that they wrong. The only way a White person admits that they’re wrong is by finding out that your Non-White, and believes that you wrong. So, that it’s actually that you who were wrong, and not them.
