White Sage

1. White sage is an herb held sacred by Native Americans for hundreds of years. Used in rituals and ceremonies for centuries, white sage is often burned to create its intended effects. Burning sage is a ritual known as smudging. Smudging is a cleansing ceremony used to help people, places, or even objects get rid of negative energy or even bad spirits.

2. You can also smoke the white sage to get rid of evil spirits inside and out.
Dan: How do i get rid of all this negative energy i've got built up in my life.

Sarah: You should smudge some white sage

white sage

a herb used by native americans in smudging rituals to remove negative energy. using white sage and/or the term smudging if you are not native american is incredibly disrespectful. it is commonly used wrongly in the witch community.

whitesgetball

A version of basketball where there is primarily shooting and no athletic skill involved whatsoever. Opposed to blacksgetball, where players might dunk it when it is completely unnecessary and then hold up a new hand sign they just made up two seconds ago.

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
