utilize

Utilize is a politically charged euphemism, meaning: 1. to induce a buzz; 2. to drink alcoholic beverages to get drunk. The politics is anti-populist, anti-bible-belt, and anti-middle America.

One who serves a wide range of the community sexually, may be thought of as a pubic utility!

Juan has been sexually involved with so many community members, he is thought to be a pubic utility!
