Someone incredibly lame. More stupid than a tool, even more stupid than a tool box, and way, way more stupid than a tool shed.

Carson Daly became even more stupid that he passed tool shed status and became a tool factory.

tool factory 

An individual who repeatedly misuses the word "tool" thinking that it is a general slur when it in fact has a specific meaning as in somebody who doesn't realize that they are being used by others.

Wow that guy sitting under the television wearing the college jersey and slamming Bud Lights is such a tool factory that he doesn't even realize he sounds like a complete idiot.

Tool Shed Factory 

Worse than a tool, worse than a tool box, worse than a tool shed. A tool shed factory is so awful that simply hanging out with them makes you a tool shed.

Brent:"Why did that girl just call me a tool shed? I didn't even do anything wrong!"
Ashley:"Clearly it's because you were hanging out with that tool shed factory, Mark!"
Brent:"Well, hell if I ever hang out with him again!"

Someone whose toolness is so high it actually rubs off on other people. A "tool making factory" is the next step of toolness after toolshed but before a country whose gross domestic product is tools.
